what's your meaning of being civilized?
What does it mean to be civilized? What makes something or someone "civilized"? to be civilized is something or someone well mannered or well organized. I consider Athens, which is my home town, to be civilized. The reason why i put athens in consideration is because we have a population of friendly, respectful, and well behaved people. But what really makes Athens out to be civilized is our govener. Anything that is governed should be considered as civil or as a civilization. So, those are the things that i think makes "something" in my case, civil.

Great argument. In Athens the head of our govt. is a mayor, not a governor. I agree that government helps keep people in line-or civil.
Some small errors (always capitalize I and the first word of a sentence!) that you can fix for more points, but overall well written. As is 17/20 points.
